  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Butter and flour four 6-ounce ramekins. Place ramekins on a baking sheet.
  2. 2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add chopped chocolate and stir until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat and whisk in the powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in the flour.
